If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have solutions to make your experience enjoyable. We provide a shade umbrella & sunscreen for warm days, and blankets for cooler weather. In case of rain, we can either set up indoors, on a balcony (or undercovered outdoor area or work with you to reschedule, given at least 72 hours' notice.
We allocate two hours for your booking, but we can discuss extending the time if needed. Just let us know at the time of booking.
While we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment, we strive to accommodate various dietary needs. Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns.
We may be able to cater to vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, and other dietary requirements. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs.
Yes, children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the event, including if you've added a fairy to the booking.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required seven days before the booking date.
Some of our experiences are self-catered, the Luxe Ladies Picnic is a fan favourite.

We host picnics at various parks in The Hills Shire Council and Fagans Park in the Hornsby Shire Council. If you have a specific park in mind, reach out to discuss.
We don't accept cancellations but are happy to reschedule your event with 72-hours notice.

Bring yourself! If your event is self-catered, bring preferred foods and drinks. Water will be provided with all picnics, you're encouraged to bring a bottle of bubbles, if your chosen venue permits it.
A team member will greet you at the start, but the event is yours to enjoy until we return for the cleanup.
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time as we can't accommodate late arrivals.
